AJ’s Angels is continuing our efforts to raise funds to provide support for pediatric cancer patients and their family.  Last year we were able to donate all of our $25,000 commitment to the St. Luke’s Children’s Hospital expansion for pediatric cancer care in Boise, ID.  This year we hope to do the same or better toward reaching our goal!

AJ’s Angels is a non-profit organization started in 2001 after our son’s battle with a brain tumor.  Our focus is to provide support for pediatric cancer patients and their families. Past projects have included donations of $25,000 to St. Luke’s Children’s Hospital for a play area in the pediatric pre-operative surgical area, a contribution to “Just Like Me” films for kids with cancer going back to school, laptop computers for Children’s Mercy in Kansas City, MO, and $40,000 for the remodeling and upkeep of a 2116 sq. ft. playroom at Miami Children’s Hospital.

Participating in and/or donating to this event provides an excellent opportunity for companies, friends, and families to demonstrate their commitment to helping thousands of children who are battling cancer and honor the memory of AJ.

The 2011 AJ’s Angels Golf Tournament was a big success yet again. Through our tournament and silent auction we raised just a little over $20,000.00 for the foundation.
