We Make Waiting Look Good

No one likes waiting, but waiting in a hospital is never fun. That’s why one of our first initiatives with St. Luke’s was to add something special to the pediatric waiting room.

When we first started the initiative, we reached out to two of some of the first Bronco’s to make it to the NFL after Boise State, Daryn Colledge and Chris Carr. They both generously offered their signed jerseys to go in the waiting room.

Those have been adorning the pediatric waiting room for some time now. Since Colledge and Carr blazed the trail, we’ve seen MANY Bronco players make it to the big leagues. Because of that we wanted to update the jerseys to some names the kids might know better.

We were really excited to have Jay Ajayi and our most winningest quarterback Kellen Moore donate their signed jerseys! Both athletes were excited to give their jerseys to the pediatric waiting room. We hope that these jerseys give parents and children something to take their mind off what their waiting for. Don’t worry about Colledge and Carr, we retired their jersey to the main waiting area where they can be gawked at by those who remember them fondly.

Here’s some pictures of the new waiting room decor!
